How Poppy does it

How do I add a Klaviyo popup to Shopify?
Install Poppy, open Integrations, add Klaviyo with a private API key and your list ID, then build a popup and set it to Active. Submissions sync to Klaviyo automatically.
Does it sync phone numbers for Klaviyo SMS?
Yes. Phone numbers are formatted to E.164 before syncing. Klaviyo only stores phone numbers from the countries it supports for SMS (such as the US, Canada, UK, Australia and most of the EU); for other countries the profile is still created, without the phone number.
Will subscribers keep seeing the popup after they sign up?
No. Once a visitor submits a Poppy popup, that popup stops showing in their browser. Frequency caps also limit how often anyone sees it after closing it.
Can I use Klaviyo and another tool at the same time?
Yes. You can connect Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Brevo and a custom webhook side by side, and each connected integration receives new signups.
